Receptionist/Administrator – (Full time Temporary – approx 6mth FTC)

The successful applicant will be the first point of contact for our clients and so we are looking for someone who can deliver excellent customer service both in person and in their telephone manner.

Job duties will include reception and general office duties. They will be responsible for welcoming visitors, handling, screening and transferring incoming calls, maintaining the reception area, handling the daily post, maintenance and booking of meeting rooms and providing administrative support when required.

The successful applicant will have

  • A smart, presentable image with a professional telephone etiquette and manner
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • GCSE English Language and Maths or equivalent at Grade C or above
  • Experience of IT packages including excel, word, email and internet
  • Experience in a similar role is desirable
