Recruitment and Selection
We provide support to our clients with their recruitment and selection. This includes putting together the appropriate documentation and administering the process to ensure best practice is followed. This includes the preparation of personnel specifications, job description, advertisements, assisting with shortlisting candidates and monitoring in line with Fair Employment and Treatment (NI) Order 1998. We will also assist with the interviews at the client's premises.
This service line specialises in development programmes that deliver 'outcomes' in the form of changed behaviours. We hold the Irish licence for 'dimensional' leadership development model which was developed in the US. We are on numerous leadership and skills development training panels across the country.
