Meet Rudi
I love working with the range of clients here. Right from the start, we were out working with clients at their sites and there is a great balance between getting out and working in the office. Plus, once we are qualified there is the opportunity for international secondment as we’re a member of the Baker Tilly International network.
Meet Philip
I found the induction programme really helpful – a great introduction to the firm as well as accounting principles. It also gave all of the trainees the chance to meet and spend time together before starting out on client work.

Finish Early Fridays is a real bonus for me. It lets us get a head start on the weekend as we can build up our hours during the week. For us, every week can have a long weekend!
