The convenience store, which offers a range of services including Circle K fuel, National Lottery, Post Office and PayPoint, makes the announcement following a period of sustained growth, working alongside Baker Tilly Mooney Moore, who were appointed in 2018.

Stephen said he was delighted with their plans for the future:

“Our expansion will be a really exciting juncture for our local community and has come about, thanks in part, due to our excellent relationship with Baker Tilly Mooney Moore. Their team has made our accounting so much simpler and informative – which is always a benefit when working in a fast-paced industry like ours.”

Baker Tilly Mooney Moore has been working with Spar Kircubbin to streamline processes around their quarterly and annual accounts. Following years of accounts being completed manually, Stephen McConnell and his Business Services team advised Spar Kircubbin to move from annual accounts to introduce Sage accounting software to give real time accounting data, essential to decision making. The team worked alongside the retailer to ensure a smooth transition, who are now also managing their payroll using Sage.
