Our HR Advisory department offers a range of services that can be tailored to your organisation. Bespoke HR projects include development of performance management systems, recognition and reward programmes, employee wellbeing and engagement strategies, crafting employee engagement surveys, and collaborating with leadership to create actionable plans.
We also specialise in induction and onboarding processes, probationary management, defining company values and competency frameworks, handling redundancy, and overseeing end-to-end recruitment up to C-suite level.
Additionally, we can manage large-scale recruitment campaigns, conduct selection tests, and design assessment centres.
